Shipping Policy
We at Dr. Piles care Hospital understand that you would like to receive your products in a timely fashion and in top condition. So, we use our large network of couriers to bring you the best as soon as possible.
If your order is below Rs. 501, we charge a nominal fee of Rs. 50. All orders more than Rs. 699 enjoy FREE shipping.
All orders are processed within 24 hours of the payment being received.
We will ship out your order within 48 hours of processing.
Our courier partners will deliver your products within 7-10 working days.
Any orders that need to be shipped using India Speed Post will only be shipped on Fridays.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you have received a wrong/damaged product, we can replace this with the exact same item. Goods can only be exchanged if it is returned unused and intact, or by providing proof of damage/ defect.
Please email us on drpilescarehospital@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.
We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.
Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.
Cancellation Policy
We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being received.

Dr. Piles care Hospital reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
